We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is made to offer you the most satisfaction. Please take some time to read:

• 30-day return period (Consumer Contracts Regulations) giving you the right to cancel the order

• Contact us via messages to arrange a return
  

Conditions for cancellation & returns:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• Used or slept-on mattresses cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers.

Return Costs:

• The cost and responsibility for returning the mattress is solely yours (the buyer)

• Large items may be costly to return, we kindly request that you check sizes carefully before ordering
  

Faulty Items:

It is extremely rare that item you receive is faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will:

• Arrange a replacement

• Provide a refund

• Assist with return where required
